The gown arrived to me new with tags with that flaw of the hole in the armpit. I don’t know any more info about it. I’m not a sewer …but it looks like it could be repaired and worn to an event….it is a stunning dress….very regal yet artsy! Or leave the defect alone and wear it as is…does anyone REALLY look that closely? Pit to pit measures 17” and arm holes measure about 3”x4” when puffed open and 5” when laying flat (see pictures).

Worn only once to a wedding. It is a floor length, lace-up gown. Size Women’s Small. Has a built-in Bra. Dress originally came strapless with Tulle off-the-shoulder sleeves, but my sister was unable to move her arms in it and requested that I remove the tulle sleeves and replace them with ribbon straps. Initially she wanted the straps to have the star pattern, but then decided it was too busy, so they are sewn on inside out. Feel free to make your own changes as you see fit.
